 NCC-ACI November Dinner Meeting

The National Capital Chapter of ACI was pleased to host Michael A. Russillo at our November 8th dinner meeting. 

Michael A. Russillo, P.E. - Senior Manager-Special Products - Barker Steel, LLC a Harris Rebar Company - held an informative discussion on the Efficient Designs in Concrete with the Cobiax Technology.

The Cobiax® technology allows an integrated concrete slab construction for long spans without beams Cobiax® removes the non-working dead load in a concrete slab while maintaining load carrying capacity. This is achieved by placing hollow plastic voids within the concrete slab.
