Presented by:  Don Spence with Spence & Baker, LLC

Don will discuss four cases that involve defective specifications, site inspection obligations, the application of the Spearin Doctrine, and the difference between a design and performance specification.  These issues arise on projects all the time and we hope you will join in the discussion so we can better address them.  Bring your subcontractors, engineers and architects as they all play a role!
