Presented by:  William Seeber, PE, owner of Seeber Solutions, LLC

Tower Cranes offer a variety of advantages on a jobsite, but are they right for your job?  Lifting and Craning operations can make or break a project. One needs competent people utilizing a logistically sound lift plan that can move materials efficiently, while positioned in a way that fits your site with as little impact as possible on other operations.  Development of this plan can be greatly influenced by the size of the project site, soils, building materials, crane options and available personnel, and close management of this plan is essential.  We will discuss site differences for various projects, and strategies in crane selection and management for each.
