(Bill)William J. Lyons III, FACI, is the National Business Development Manager – Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Regions The Euclid Chemical Co. Bill is a Fellow in ACI, former chair ACI 306 “Cold Weather Concreting” & ACI Convention Committee and Hot Topic Committee and a member of ACI 232 Fly Ash in Concrete for over 25 years. He has been president of three ACI Chapters including NCCACI for 2016 & 2023.

Steve Kerr, P.E. is a Technical Services Manager for Chaney Enterprises. He is a past President of the Virginia Chapter ACI. During his career he has held roles the independent laboratories, concrete admixture and aggregate industries. Steve graduated BSCE 1991 from Lehigh University.

Mike Allen is a Technical Sales Representative for Swope & Associates in Northern Virginia. Mike has over 38 years of concrete experience in a variety of roles including the precast industry, and his many years in the concrete admixture industry. Mike has had many leaderships roles for ACI and State ready mix associations throughout his career. This includes chair of technical committees and board positions for ACI chapters. Mike has been with Swope & Associates for the past twelve years.

Robert (Bob) E. Neal joined the Lehigh Cement Company as a Technical Services Engineer, now as Heidelberg Materials, he continues to serve in that capacity today. Bob has over 48 years of experience in the field of concrete technology with emphasis on durability related issues, product development, and trouble shooting various concrete problems. A Fellow of the American Concrete Institute, Bob is an active member of ACI currently serving on committees 201 – Durability, 232 - Fly Ash, and 240-Pozzolans and served as past chairman of 240, E902, and the Certification Programs Committee.
